Tim & beth - Our Story

The CF Warrior Foundation was born from a love story—one written through faith, endurance, and the fight to keep hope alive.

 

When Tim was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, his life became a daily battle to breathe, to stay healthy enough for the next treatment, and ultimately, to survive long enough for a life-saving transplant. His fight was relentless—built on determination, faith, and the will to live for something greater than himself.

 

Beside him through every storm was Beth—his partner, caregiver, and steadfast believer. While Tim fought for his life, Beth carried the weight of keeping their world together: navigating endless medical bills, managing work and finances, holding on through the emotional uncertainty, and believing for a future that sometimes felt out of reach. Together, they faced the isolation of infertility, the cost of IVF, and the ache of building a family in the midst of a disease that never rests.

 

Through faith and perseverance, that hope was fulfilled. Their IVF journey succeeded, and today they are the proud parents of three beautiful boys—living reminders that God’s grace and love can turn even the hardest battles into blessings.

 

In 2007, there were no roadmaps for couples like them—no guidance on how to stay strong as a team, no support groups for caregivers, no financial or emotional resources to hold on to when the nights felt long and the fear crept in. They learned to survive through faith, through each other, and through God’s hand guiding them forward.

 

What began as their private battle became a divine calling: to make sure no CF family ever has to fight alone again.

 

The CF Warrior Foundation is their shared heartbeat—a promise to provide emotional, mental, and financial support for families walking the same road. From caregiver resources to fertility guidance, mental health support, and community connection, every initiative is born from their lived experience and sustained by their faith that God turns pain into purpose.

 

Tim and Beth’s story is one of redemption, resilience, and grace—a testament that miracles are real, love endures, and faith can move mountains. Through this foundation, they carry forward a message of hope: that even when it’s hard to breathe, you are never alone, and God’s purpose is still unfolding in every warrior’s story.
